Our July #realrealscores: What We Bought on the Site This Month
In this installment of our serial shopping diaries, a new group of TRR team members dishes on the pieces they snagged on the site this month. Well, new except for Fatima, who we had to bring back for this round. Tibi Trench & Skirt | Shop Tibi
I have been obsessed with getting a pink coat ever since the Fall/Winter 2013 Carven cocoon coat walked the runway. I have been casually hunting for one (by casually hunting I mean stalking the internet obsessively for four years). I found this Tibi trench at an amazing price on the site and I also love that it has this great military closure detail on the front that makes it a little more unique than your standard trench. The wool Tibi skirt is a bit of a snowball effect from the Carven 2013 cocoon coat obsession. Essentially it’s the skirt embodiment of the cocoon coat so I pretty much had to have it. It was less than $100 too!

When I shop, I always look for pieces with unexpected, interesting details like the navy leather belt and the green satin trim on the inside of this Victoria Beckham skirt. It’s a versatile piece for day or night — I pair it with a striped shirt or sweater to go to the office. TRR has become my go-to destination to shop for jewelry. I love the simplicity of these classic pieces that you can layer on or wear alone (I don’t ever take them off).

Manolo Blahnik Hangisi Pumps | Shop Manolo Blahnik
I was cruising the site like any other day — I’m always looking up my favorite designers to see what new items are on the site. The usual suspects are Rebecca De Ravenel (still haven’t scored), Manolo Blahnik, Oscar de la Renta and Gucci. I didn’t know if the Manolo Blahnik Hangisi were for me. Of course they’re beautiful shoes and in my opinion they’re the epitome of a wedding shoe (who hasn’t seen them in the Sex and the City ). I saw that we had a pair on the site, a seasonal blue in my size and in pristine condition! It was a no brainer, I had to get them.
