Scheduling my in-home consignment appointment couldn’t have been easier… You simply click ‘Free At-Home Appointment’ and instantly choose convenient days and times for a Luxury Manager to come to you.

The RealReal handles EVERYTHING! No taking pictures, no measuring, no schlepping. You will have your rep’s phone number to call or text at any time. Truly a white-glove service!

If you’d prefer a UPS pick-up instead, you can choose that option, or even drop off at one of their stores nearby!

Your Luxury Manager will take all of your items and send you a detailed list after your appointment! Once they’re authenticated, photographed, and listed on the site, you’ll be able to keep an eye on things from your online account on the My Sales page. Once an item sells, you can opt for direct deposit, a mailed check, or even a site credit to shop.
